Returns Policy


Here at, we feel that returning a product should be a simple, quick and easy process, instead of a hassle intended to make you give up on returning a product altogether. Accordingly, our return procedure is as hassle free as we could think to make it. We sincerely hope you will agree. With that said, in order to protect all customers (as well as from fraudulent claims) and ensure that all returns are handled fairly, may require a receipt or decline your return if the products have been:

  • returned without any proof of purchase from
  • defaced
  • lost by the customer
  • damaged beyond the point of usability

The Refund details will accept returns up to 60 days after purchase. We will work hard to expedite the refund processing, and get it to you in the shortest possible time. You can expect to have your refund no later than five working days after the returned products have been received and inspected. In most cases, the refund will be sent to you using the payment method used for the purchase. Special refund methods can be requested if necessary.

Packing Slip

Complete the return packing slip form we will send you via e-mail upon receipt of your refund request.


The product, packing slip form, and purchase receipt should all be included in the package to be sent back to If possible, pack everything in the same package the product was received in, or use any appropriate packaging.

Shipping Label

If upon receipt of a return request from our customer, it is determined that said customer has a legitimate claim, we will send a pre-paid shipping label along with the packing slip form and detailed return instructions via email. For customers here in the U.S., shipment will be arranged with the USPS, and for any international customer, shipment will be arranged using the lowest cost service available to said international customer’s location.

Ship It

Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the package including the product, packing slip form, and purchase receipt. Send the package to us using the USPS (for U.S. returns) or the chosen carrier (for international returns).
